TERMS & CONDITIONS (StateHopper Ltd)
This Policy uses UK laws and legislations. Disputes are subject to UK law and must be resolved in UK courts. Failure to comply to these terms & conditions may result in criminal proceedings and prosecution.

By registering or using the StateHopper Ltd service you are acknowledging these terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

StateHopper Ltd may at any time modify these terms and conditions. It is the clients responsibility to read and check for changes which my be viewed on the StateHopper website. StateHopper Ltd cannot be held liable for failure to view changes to its policy.

StateHopper Ltd cannot be held liable for any ambassador activities, disputes or problems, although we take complaints very seriously and if necessary resulting in the permanent removal of an ambassador from all StateHopper activities.

Any personal information that you provide must not be false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent. Any changes to your personal information or circumstances must be reported to StateHopper Ltd or this could invalidate your purchase or registration.

StateHopper Ltd reserve the right to refuse registration or travel requests at any time.

StateHopper Ltd cannot be held liable for information provided on the website or through any website links. Any disputes with site content or links may be queried  with the website team at webcomplaints@statehopper.co.uk. StateHopper will do its best to resolve issues but cannot guarantee action.

PAYMENT POLICY.
Payments are processed through PayPal thus are subject to PayPal’s terms & conditions. Please view these before proceeding with your purchase (available online).

If your purchase is unsuccessful and no booking is made, a refund will be automatically processed with no charge to the consumer. This refund will be processed over PayPal.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the transatlantic departure date will be charged at the full ticket amount. Cancellations more than 30 days before departure, will be charged at 35% of the ticket price for administration purposes. 

TICKETING POLICY
Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline providing the travel service. Please view these online before submitting a ticket request. Any objections raised by the airline to your ticket request cannot be attributed to StateHopper Ltd in any way.

All ticketing services are supplied by StateHopper’s IATA accredited ticketing partner, Problems with tickets should be resolved through StateHopper Ltd.

StateHopper Ltd automatically issues an insurance against airline related travel problems. This insurance only covers the ticket you purchase and additional travel insurance should be purchased to ensure the traveller’s personal cover.

StateHopper Ltd will do its best to prewarn the traveller of any additional airline or airport fees that are levied but cannot be held liable for these in anyway.

THE PASS
The StateHopper GoldPass is only valid when purchased in conjunction with a transatlantic, transpacific or intercontinental flight on any of the 10 following airlines: Aitalia, Air France, Aeroflot, Aeromexico, Continental, Czech Airways, Delta, Korean Air, KLM, or Northwestern. Travel must originate and terminate in a country other than the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or the Caribbean.

ELIGIBILITY
Fares governed by this rule apply to residents or active duty U.S. military personnel / U.S. Department of Defense personnel and their eligible dependents stationed in a country / commonwealth / territory other than the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or the Caribbean. Passengers must provide proof of eligibility at the time of ticketing.
Customers must provide full passport details on ticket purchase.
StateHopper Ltd cannot be held liable for persons not being allowed into the USA, District of Columbia, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or the Caribbean. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa, passport and do not have any kind of criminal record. Refunds will not be made in any deportation situation.

ROUTING
Travel using the StateHopper GoldPass coupon tickets must be on AM / CO / DL / NW as noted below:
AM flight number series 001-999, 5000-5999
CO flight number series 0001-2969, 3200-3499
DL flight number series 0001-2099, 3663-5912, 6058-6492, 7780-9999
NW flight number series 0001-1999, 2700-3799, 4700-4799, 5600-5999

REROUTING
Voluntary rerouting is permitted. A service charge of 100 USD / 90 EUR / 12,000 JPY will be assessed each time a ticket is reissued or changed after departure of the first flight.

RESERVATIONS / TICKETING
Passengers with StateHopper GoldPass coupons will be booked in Economy “L” class on Aeromexico, Continental, Delta (“K” class for travel between LGA-DCA), and Northwest flights. One flight coupon is needed for each flight boarded. Upgrades are not permitted. Reservations for the originating flight, issuance of tickets, and full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to departure on the first flight coupon and prior to arrival in the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or the Caribbean. Reservations other than the originating flight can be made anytime prior to departure of each flight. The passenger’s international (transoceanic/intercontinental) ticket number must be issued on AF/AM/AZ/CO/DL/KE/KL/NW/OK/SU ticket stock only and referenced in the endorsement box on the StateHopper GoldPass ticket.

AMBASSADOR POLICY
When registering as an ambassador with StateHopper Ltd you agree that your behaviour may not be harassing, threatening or obscene. You may not breach any law or infringe copyright, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets. You may not use any StateHopper Ltd information for any purpose other than StateHopper Ltd related activities.

You agree that as a subcontracted ambassador you undertake a self employed position where StateHopper Ltd cannot be held liable in any way. You also agree that you have registered with the tax office as self-employed. StateHopper Ltd is not responsible for failure to do this.

StateHopper Ltd is free to use any ideas, concepts, techniques or know how disclosed within.
                                                          
PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal details are subject to the UK data protection act (1998) thus strict security measures are used in the storage and disclosure of this information to prevent unauthorised access. The data is retained as long as the law permits. Data is retained for refund or cancellation procedures.  Where overruling laws exist, disclosure of this information to third parties must be obeyed and StateHopper Ltd cannot be held liable in any way.

All personal details are subject to the UK data protection act (1998). Any person or persons seen as a threat to StateHopper Ltd’s compliance to this act may be subject to criminal proceedings.
